Gear is mostly all 4 socketed with beautiful HP stones
account has like 3million coins and 7$ in zen left on the account
along with the warrior there is a fully geared lvl 43 cleric on the account with full molders for its level

cleric is worth about 10m coins
Dreamless is worth about 70m coins just on gear alone
