Service Rules:
Do not offer services without a trusted tag. (includes in profiles, signature, trade threads, and anywhere else.
Also if the service is free).
Do not leave items on an account that will be serviced.
Guilds may offer services as long as the guild leader (with a trusted tag) creates topic and knows he/she is responsible for any disputes.
If someone posts they are in search of a service, anyone may respond.
