i play guardian and nothing other ^^
i have a nice clubset nice str chains und tank chains + nice healset
but after reach lvl 80 its horrorble to play till 101
i put my heal in mainslot to heal against the big hits and have doublestrike and salvation

how would you play with guardian?

Need more information: What are your stats: Vitality / Intelligence?
Does your Armor have EE + Heal Mastery or Int?
What type Heal charm are you using?

I would NOT use TwoHitBack since it got revamped, I would switch to Retribution.
How many points are in Salvation (what % charge are you getting, say 7x% or more?)
What EE % is your armor, is it chain or plate?
What is your Stat armor?
What other side mods do you have on your MQ gear?
What position do you stand in the catacomb? Front / Back / Middle? ... I stand middle all the time.
Do you use /set easy 1 even knowing that you only confront 3 normal mob and 1 Evil Presence at a time?

I can not give much advice unless you have answered those questions, easiest is to show gear and respond to questions.

i use salvation over 70 most time

play with 85 vita, 55 int , rest into strength

it is hard to say how you can improve your lvling at 80+.. i am also having a hard time at lvl 85+ so there isnt a chance to have an easy time soloing with a melee char.. warlock casting is a bit smoother but also hard at lvl 90+.
your healing + tanking isnt bad.. but your dmg seems pretty low. if you improve str and take away vita or int it shouldnt help as your life will be too low or your healing will get bad.. maybe you can try to use retribution + power strike and salvation.. so you are able to kill the monster quicker

Your gear is good. Do you even charge salvation fast enough using high defense?

Advice:
Vitality = 100 base (I went with 125)
Intelligence = 75 base (I went with 100)
Retribution & Salvation (Powerstrike as a 3rd???)
... Note: I personally don't like a 3rd option, so, you can go Powerstrike + Salvation.

Take note of your average single heals, healing charm on main slot, the mods are useful
Keep your hit points above 50%, by doing so, it helps avoid the shock critical hit of 2k+
Also, helps with charging up abilities like Retribution & Salvation for next wave or EP.
... I am sure you are aware of this also.

Salvation = [8pts = lvl35] 81% or you can go [7pts = lvl30] 77%
Retribution = Rest: by level 80, you will have 59% or 63% (depending on salvation)
... Level 85 upwards, choose either more healing or kill speed.

I wish I could give you more advice on this... but to be honest, it is best you test it out to
your game play ... you might not want to trade 45 stat points of damage to defense / life / mana & regen.
If you stick to keeping hit points above 50%, you should be golden, use little tricks like healing
on a holographic spider to max life, or last monster standing, or whistle a level 1 to heal up.

Note: Implite found out the difference of 85 vitality @ level 85 and just about dying in 2 hits, if it
wasn't for me using Salvation (3k) on him, he would have died, so he upped vitality from there.
(2 man group, not solo)

i can use a 60 str cham too and heal in second slot
i will test it with 125 vit and 100 int

will get a tonnes of prof with it^^

80+ gets hard to solo for all classes

That can work. Remember, eat the fish after the wave or in town due to the changes.

What prof are you talking about? Has Paul removed the restriction of gaining attack prof after level 71? I do know that you can continue gaining healing prof though.

I really do not see a reason why you are using an ee charm as a main charm.

I'd be using strength with that beast on accesory slot.
After literally every battle just whistle against level 1 mobs and get full health.


However i've not climbed anything past 77, so feel free to disregard this if it's not to your liking.

I guess i applaud you for playing the worst class in the game to solo to 101, nice challenge!

maybe try getting a heavy armor with like 100ee/20+ str there are a few of those around. or anything besides that plain ass chain mail. Plate mails might help a little better also. weapon is good. need a good str charm though
side mods like cs or armor pierce will help.
