ive left the auto click enabled, and even disabled it.. I still average around the same 2k actions per climb. but I see everyone else I climb with with higher actions..

generally for a full whistle on my monk I use the abilities cross and multi and fire them off between 75-100% I don't understand why my actions are so much lower than most others. could it be my computer or internet?

Normal or heavy weapons?

Mobile or pc/laptop?

Try doing a full climb with the auto attack enabled and see how it compares?

Also did you leave and rejoin the group at all?

my laptop is slower than my pc.. I generally always slash on my pc, direct wired 1gb connection 102mbit avg internet connection (as per dslreport)

ive tried a full climb with and without the autoclick, autoclick I find is slightly less than manually clicking..

as for weapons.. I only have daggers, and axes..

e/ I need to get a new laptop and pc.. as well as they still run.. I feel they are still too slow for todays standards.. even tho slasher isn't really a resource hog of a program/application...

There is the issue! Try doing these at 30-40% max for best damage/sec

I agree with this, depending on the damage your weapons do. Except instead of just saying 30-40% charge, I would recommend that you charge up until you are able to hit mobs for AT LEAST 1/4 life with abilities, 1/3 would be better imo though. Consider that other ppl in the group may have their abilities charged as well, and if 2 or 3 out of the 5 attack using abilities then those mobs will be able to be finished in 1 more normal attack at most, which in turn allows u to get a few charges built up for the next wave. I would think if you stat your classes abilities then you will be able to use them every 2 to 4 waves (after lvl 25ish? assuming damage is achievable at 40% charge). I've known of a few ppl who, by statting 3 abilities, are able to use an ability every wave for good damage.

Try not to be one of those ppl who use their abilities at such a low charge is does minimal damage. This tactic is bad for dps, but makes it look like you click more.

Forgot to mention that different types of abilities charge at different rates ("Charges with weapon" is 10% per hit, "Charges with cast" is 12% per hit, and "Charges with hit taken" is 8%). So casters generally have more actions than melees. And certain classes have better abilities, such as samurai's multistrike, monk's cross strike, and warlock's multicast. I find myself statting multistrike on all melees as a dps char.

As the others are saying, the better items you have the less % u have to charge.
When im casting im mostly cast all my abilities at 37-50% (I do not want to use my abilities on 4mobs or less, sometimes it happens since we europeans have ALOT higher ping than all the N/A ppl)
Only aim for full waves of 7+ at least. (for multi)

I'm in the same boat. For some.reason there's a delay between my click and the action itself. Don't think it's an internet connection problem (100mb wifi and the router is beside me..).
I've been trying different browsers aswell. Chrome gives me.some constant delays and lag spikes. Internet explorer doesn't recognize 2/3 the clicks (have to click several times.to deposit or equip items). I've yet to try firefox.

It is disappointing when i'm constantly clicking and i just get 2500 actions per climb...

I didn't know that the abilities charged at different ratios depending on class. I realize that some abilities take more points to equate the class specific abilities. I'll try casting the abilities off around 50% now for a run or 2 and see if that makes any difference.. but as you stated I don't want to be one of those people who have high actions with low damage.. I don't have the best gear on slasher, but I am trying to see about upgrading it little by little as I can afford it.



ive found that firefox and chrome use a lot more system resources compared to IE. I too have noticed severe lag spikes in chrome, as well as FF.. I use IE. I don't have any toolbars or extentions except flash enabled. and as for my internet I only have a 13-27ms ping to ladderslasher.. I think its the rate at which im casting off my abilities as effinA stated..

You can also spam your LMB before mobs spawn to squeeze in a extra action or two per wave.

What version of IE? I downloaded the newest and I can't skill there (items won't deposit in the box). When I check ehat items ared ropping I can see the stats for 0.5 seconds and it goes away...and 75% of the time clicks don't work.

I'm using windows 7 by the way.
