What is best stat build for both char's?
For barb how much vita should I have before I rest in strength?

for solo you should have 75 vita, if you play in team the 60/50 starting vita from barb/sammy are enough.

And for sammy's, put stats into str or dex after vita?

depends on ratio for weapon

swords and clubs - strength
axe/sword - strength dex 50/50
dagger - dex
