I made a spreadsheet that lets you enter the % of the stack you want and spits out the minimum, average and a few cooked values per tier

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cQthgqNSj1yluRLbRkm4k7OK1-WSzooI51HoVmOIW4A/edit#gid=0

approved by paparick

feel free to copy it to your own drive and change it around or whatever, I am also up for corrections if my calculations are wrong

from my experience of fishing right now the values for 30% are very realistic, obviously the average can be different, RNG is RNG

Nice!

I only fish a little, but it is great to see something like this.

One suggestion I think you should add is the name of the fish in column A

thanks for your input, will do so now

edit: fixed it up, couldn't add them in the same column because the calculation actually depends on the tiers

Have you done the cooking calculations with 100% stacking?

% what? Cooked or stacked??? Its not really clear what this can be used for... In my browser it just sits there and loads forever.

Everyone's cooking level and fishing level is going to be different thus giving them the wrong values when trying to use this in my opinion (if it is for stacking as your title of the topic indicates)...
If you had a way to enter your fishing level and your cooking level then you would have the correct stack amounts because its based off of those skills.

If it loaded for you, you would see what the intent of this is for. Its not for stacking in the way that is shown on the fishing page of the LS portal.

It calculates if you use the auto stack feature at a different % other than zero, for each tier of fish. So if its set to 50%, it shows the minimum amouont of life/mana on the fish that will be stacked. Then it shows a few different cooking %s.

Personally I leave it at zero, but still cool. Good job on it.

Edit - It does show 0% too, but of course a calc isn't needed for that.

what do you mean? technically it should only keep perfect fish then, which seems to work in my calculations (?)

this is for the minimum / maximum / average / % cooked output heals of fishes
not sure why this won't load for you, I've had people visiting it and paparick approved it too, I just checked it again as well

adding a screenshot, that should probably answer your question:

what do you mean by "it does show 0% too"?
the % needs to be put in, of course, it's the only editable field in the spreadsheet
but maybe I'm just misunderstanding here, I just got up

Right I just meant its really cool and well done, but I doubt I'll use it because I always just leave my stack % at 0. So everything stacks.
But I wanted to clarify that it can calculate 0% to if you want to set it for that, but its so easy to do that math in your head (125 per tier after cooking) that its not REALLY needed for the 0% guys. Again though I like it.

Very nice, but Im still not going to use it. Im at level 28 and I need 4 categories for each tier. At 29, when Ill catch cats... I'll have to settle with 3 categories: 3 for cats(1 mana, 1 good life, the rest of life fish), 3 for salmons, 3 for bass and 2 for the best trouts (plus: 1 spot for the rod and 4 empty to fish). I know its much slower... too bad I cannot do this with auto stacking.

I just found it useful for myself figuring out what stacks I can do at what %, thought I would share :)
