Mage and Guardian are best healers for feeder. If you can get a 1-71 group, I'd recommend Guardian. Cheaper, and just better at healing while having decent defense. Mage is squishy.

Mages are best because intelligence increases their Damage output and Healing capacity.
Guardian is gear dependent to be useful, if they did have the gear... they can Tank / Melee & Heal
