I've been having a really hard time finding groups for 1-71 (that aren't private).
What gear could I get to solo with decently? I understand I won't do 4 hour solo's (Since I don't have 200 ee weps/armor).

But could I run:

EE Daggers (all under 150ee ish)
Dex Charms (nothing spectacular .. just moderate dex charms)
EE Leathers (150ee at highest)

Could I solo on a rouge or fighter with those items in less than 6 hours? Or would that still not be possible without better gear?
What sort of EE armor is "optimal" for soloing?

Should be optimal, just stat 75 vita minimum
maybe invest in a heal set ( a few adds in salvation) to help speed up the process

can work in 6 hours yep. you need to use a rogue ofc. fighter doesnt like dagger
as thebert said.. 75 vita at least and you should make it through. you just have to test how it works.
i got good tanks.. so i am ok with 75 vita without salvation if i am soloing on a tank char (using a few heals in between though).. if your tank armors arent too good.. getting heal charms is a good option to use salvation and stretch your life that way

How much vita you need all depends on your armor and if you have heal charms

You can have a look at my solo rogue (currently level 45) , I get ~5 minute levels with 0 regen breaks. My skillset is Backstab, Powerstrike and Salvation

I have an "okay" wild heal set (100-150ee after level 25 or so)

Thanks for showing me your char ! I have heal charms, but they are only low/mid wild heals.
I'll try to come close to a setup like yours and see how I do
