Hard to tell. Just do 2 tank runs and rejoin the game at 35 and look at hits taken and see the dmg difference.

This one it is much better for the level. Both will work though.

for similar ee the scale.. but 60ee more is quite something.. so i guess the chain will be better.. you can still test it and check the difference
