i am currently using ee weapon(172ee club), 148ee plain chain mail, 48str charm and 130ee focused
should i use a ee+HM armor for better heals or my gear is fine like it is?

for soloing I assume? if so then you don't need hm just a point or two into salvation. ee +hm is better than plain ee but it's not a must. You'd do better just getting a higher ee armor that's up to the tier your playing at. the gear you are using now you can solo to mq with. out of the 4 items u listed upgrading the armor would help the most.
