I'm in cata...clicking and clicking...yet I can't hit the monster even once

Its possible, but difficult. Make sure your weapon is highlighted. Either click on the icon at the top or hit the default hot key 'Q.' Then try left clicking on the monsters again and see if anything happens.

yes its possible. But will take years to get decent gear for every 10 lvls, with the drop rates there are atm

Seems kind of dumb you have to buy gear basically.

You don't "have" to, but it will make it a lot easier for you.

I see, everyone makes it seem like it's pointless to play unless you spend thousands on gear lol
Im trying to find my own stuff regardless, if that doesn't work...maybe I'll buy some basic stuff.

It works, I started out with almost nothing and I am at lvl 46 now. But it takes a lot of TIME doing solos. Sometimes you need to regenerate 2-3 times before killing one monster. (at least I invested some small coins, but nothing to speak much about)
