Can anyone please link me to a topic or take the time to tell what the maximums are for an item's mods vs. tier. Example: Tier I = max 60 ee, max 5 stat or w/e it may be? ;)

pretty simple really, each tier goes up 20ee or 5 stats or 1/1.5/2 for things like magic luck/quick draw/regen
