I'm trying to raise my glyphing proficiencie. So, to reach rank 1 I glyphed some Tier 1, Magical items as stated below the square box (Minimum to skill up : Tier I, Magical). No problem there. Now... I'm trying to reach rank 2, BUT even if it says Minimum to skill up : Tier I, Mystical, I got so many ! ??? ! when I glyph Tier I, Mystical items. Sometimes I got too many of ! ??? ! and lose my item......... What the.....?

There is no problem. You're not lucky when it comes to guessing right now.

Just keep trying and work through it.

I agree with Mr Coffee. When you gain one level in rank, it will become significantly easier, and you won't see as many !???! when doing Tier I items.

Patience is key, without it you might as well stop now.

Those ?!? are a part of the process and can be very frustrating at certain stages indeed.
As you just found out, the myst+ or arcane+ stages for a tier are mainly such an... intense area.
It is still fairly easy in the low levels though as you need less prof for a rank up and can find those items easily and plenty.
But in the higher levels, this gets much more difficult as the supply will be less and the items needed more.

All you can do is be patient, very patient. Keep on trying and smile!

It depends a LOT which items you try at a certain proficiency level.
A good organization of items for your glyphing supply is the key for everything.
