I've got 1-37 LPK on my plate and 1-67 LPK on charm, but I don't think I've ever seen myself get more than 60 life back at once. Does the game only take the highest LPK value or the lowest or what?

it stacks, but most of the time if lpk even hits its on the low end. so most of the time you will get +2 lpk
worthless at this point, maybe another update will help

edit: use a charm with str if you are using clubs.

It works just like life steal in a sense where its effective are reduced to normal mobs.
I think its more effective for eps +
