Start there, learn what classes can use what armors/weapons/charms and learn weapon ratios.
Get gear for each tier (level 0 = III, Level 5 = IV, Level 10 = V and so forth)
If you melee, weapons will need enhanced effect (EE) armors will want either str or dex depending on the ratio of your weapon setup, or you can get EE to tank better. Charms you want the stat for your weapon ratio.
The accessory slot is for heal charms or attack charms, only EE is effective there. Any other stat is useless in the 4th slot, accessory slot.

on a side note, some guilds pay out 25 fg per guild point (guild points are obtained when you attempt the master quest @ level 71)
