why is it sometimes when i make a new rogue character it starts out with random good items like a 66% enhanced effect lvl 40 charm??

maybe you are rerolling your char?
when you start you always have white items

what does rerolling do?? why does it give itgood items?

when you make a new character it starts with t1 whites
rerolling is when you go back to level one via the REROLL option on the character select screen
if you made a fresh, new character and it had an item on it, neat! but i don't think that's what happened...

aaah its all coming back to me. the characters i rerolled keep the current items i had on it.
