i find at low lvl like 1-5 for 1 fg?

like the "best" item i found (idk really) is a arcane light 1

+1 str
1 magic luck
1 to 6 life per kill
1 mind numb
1 pdr
1 glancing blow

like should i sell everything like this? only keep stuff with inv + slots for mules?
