I selected my other character, dragged item in box and hit transfer button.

Nothing happens...

Something I'm doing wrong guys?

Are you trying to transfer an item you are wearing? you have to take it off first.

I've been dragging it off my characters body, then trying to put in transfer box.

Does the item I'm using have to be in my inventory before I transfer it?

yes it has to be in your inventory in order it to be transfered.

Unequip by putting another item in its place, or by rerolling the character (which in turn unequips all gear)
