Someone else needs to join you in the Arena, then you can duel each other.

I think you have to be within 3 levels of each other to duel.

It can be pretty fun if you get a bunch of friends doing it, but not many "pub" duels take place at all.

Hopefully the PvP system gets revamped again, it needs it.

Correct, there are PvP rooms for every 10 levels I believe. So like level 1 - 10 chars are in 1 room, level 11 - 20 chars in another, and so on until 71+ when it's all just one
