u should go full int
skills i would go for:
first of all salvation and multiheal, when u get these 2 high enough -> healtank(optional)
many ppl prefer healtank but this skill charges when attacking, when u're going full heal doing any dmg to charge up can be hard at higher lvls, whereas u'd probably heal quite a lot so multiheal would probably be better
at lv 1 i'd get a dmg club (there's a tier III 43 ee club for 1 fg up on the mp), about arm and charm, that rly depends how much fg u want to spend on ls but seeing u got only 14fg atm i'd rather w8 til like ~10-15lv with buying "serious" stuff since this is rly the 1st time when healing will actually be needed
stuff u need then:
-clubs with heal mastery
-heavy armors with heal mastery or ee - u said u wanna tank as well but to actually be able to tank u need to spend a bit more fg than u currently have and upgrade items every 10-15 lvls, if i were u i'd rather go for heal mastery arms which are quite cheap atm, also nowadays any kind of heavies can be considered as a "tank" since most of the players can use robes only - that's just my opinion
-heal charms with ee (there's a 10lv 51ee for 1 fg on the market) which should be good till like 25 or so
