On a mage healer, you will want to add stats to Intelligence. A few to Vitality won't hurt at the start, say 5 or 10 at least. Then go pure INT.
Try to find weapon/armor with Heal Mastery and/or Intelligence (HM is more important for pure healer)
You might also want a nice heal-boosting Main Charm, something with +Heal Mastery, +Mana, +Intelligence are all useful.
Get any Heal type with high Enhanced Effect and put it in the ACC slot. ONLY Enhanced Effect counts in the ACC slot, so don't buy anything with a ton of other stats as they get wasted there.
You could also opt for a Damage Charm with Enhanced Effect, put it in the Main Slot and put your Heal in the ACC slot. You will heal for less, but you will be able to deal a lot more damage.
