So for my secondary element i chose fire, mainly fireball. I was trying to figure out how to spend my remaining points and I noticed that each point in fire mastery is only giving me about 8 percent damage or something like that with each point I add. I also noticed that if I put points into fire bolt or meteor it gives fireball 14% damage, is it better to max out fire mastery first or just point one point in fire mastery and add the rest to fire bolt? Im already 88 so I wont have too many points left and im only using fireball as a secondary so having fire mastery maxed seems pointless if I can get a higher percentage of damage per skill point from fire bolt? Am I right in this line of thinking?
