How much EE is 1 str on a sword ?

To my memory, it was approx 1 Str = 1 Ee

But I'm outdated, so please corrected me if I'm wrong here

and dex is .25

This is correct. I said similar in the other topic the OP posted. EE enhances str/dex dmg values so the effect changes as the variables change.

There is no direct equivalency.
