I've had a pally before but wasnt impressed with his skills so I'm asking what I should use?
I'm on haredcore

powerstrike
revenge
salvation
?

lmk what you use and why.

Well, I don't play HardCore, but the Abilities work the same in both cores, so I will offer my 2 cents worth :)

I have played melee style on Fighter, Samurai, Paladin and Monk since the abilities were introduced, and have found that the ones that work best for me on ALL my melee char's are PowerStrike and Multi-Strike.

I always put my first 2 ability points into MultiStrike, then 1 into PowerStrike. I then build Multistrike up for the next 5 , and add 1 more to PowerStrike. The rest got into MultiStrike

The fact that these abilities are not always designed for the char that uses them really does not impede their effectiveness at the higher lvls, as this is really where you need them.

Monk may be better off with his Double-Hit rather than Powerstrike. I am still test-driving that one :)

full group 1-71, multistrike with maybe a little powerstrike

mostly solo, powerstrike/doublestrike/healtank--salvation?
tough to say, Powerstrike could be used at a fairly low % to give a hit to kill one mob, doublestrike could be used somewhere between 60-100% to kill 2 mobs, and healtank charges with weapon to give a pretty solid heal or salvation to give a huge heal but takes longer to charge.

Without a solid hybrid option for soling, I'd probably go high vit and use primarily powerstrike.

I did multistrike to 1, 5, 10, 15, 20
then i did powerstrike at 25, 30 (because this is when monsters get more HP, esp EP and i like to save the charge up to 200% for EP spawn so I can get a good hit, and this charges fairly slow so i don't waste charges a lot)
then multistrike all the way on

has served well on 2 fighters.
