Should i be Gearing for Dex and Stating Int? or Vice Versa?

Obv its an EE staff,

is the Casting Charm in acc or main?

whole lot of qwestions i would like to post here as i encounter them
possibly even a guide about it

any input, help, ideas or conjectures will be welcomed

If you plain on being able to heal and do damage for this class then you should stat intel and buy/use dex armor and dex charm for main slot, also put your heal in the acc slot.

true, dont know why i didnt think of the mana pool

cast in the acc

there is no skill to help heal, so i think that option is out

You can still use multi heal even though its a red color it will still charge per few heals.

Or if you do mostly solo, Salvation is a great ability.

Just because your class does not have a heal ability does not mean you can't borrow another classes' skill. Thinking outside the box is important now more than ever.





I agree on the gear choices. Stat intel, gear dex, possibly ee/dex on armor if available and you will be a mighty fine Rogue.

the only reason is consider casting a rogue
is for the two synergies above

if i had to consider healing,
id equip full hm gear to alleviate the mana problem always encountered by low int base classes

ill be using this weekend to try a cata build and a solo build
to address the thoughts above

obv there is going to be a need for different builds in each case

i tried cata already with dex/hm gear
but it just wasnt powerful enough to over come the mana issues
and im losing my charges due to frequent towning
