stats depend on which weapon you use.

You appear to be using axes, so you need equal STR + DEX. (i,e if you have 100 str try and get 100 dex)

Seeing you're using EE armor, upto 15 points into vita (anywhere between 2-15) wouldn't be that bad, makes it easier for healers to keep you alive.

As far as i know, there isnt a button for engage, i could be wrong here. I always clicked it.
Although there is all sorts of useful buttons

such as:
space: closes everything (so if you had proficiencies, marketplace and chat stats up, you can close them all)
ctrl: hold ctrl then click an item to equip it (no need to drag it)

there's a few more but they've gone from my head.
