pure healer setup:
weapon: staff/dagger with heal mastery
main charm: any type with heal mastery
ofc higher heal mastery = better
acc charm: any heal -> try to stay on 1 type of helas to gain profs, only stat that matters is enhanced effect, other won't work in acc charm slot
ofc more enhanced effect = better
try to have atleast a minimum of 30 heal mastery on weapon/armor/charm on higher lvls and heals with ~ 100ee.

if you want to go caster, just change the heal mastery gear to int gear and use an attack charm with enhanced effect in main slot.
