i am making a damage mage ice with heal sometimes but not mainly. i am wondering if this gonna work:

mass int staff and armor starting with 30bonus on lvl 1 and at lvl 30+ i will have around a bonus of 80-90
primary charm heal/focused heal with intelligence around 30 on level 15 and at level 30+ around 40 int bonus (best i coould find so far)
and secondary Ice charm with a handsome EE of around 120% on level 30+.

i will be using secondary for more damage as i gain first charm's bonuses like int.

so what you guys think, will it work in both ways? both avegare heals and good damage?

You'd still get more damage using ice in main slot, because in acc slot the effect of your charm is cut back 25% . But also, so is the mana cost.

imo if you want to focus mainly on damage you should keep your ice charm in main slot.

yes but if i use on acc, i head EE still applies. So int from primary with combination of EE on ACC, is not it more damage? Do i miss something here? :s

edit: u mean, even if ee is 60% it goes back to 25% if its on acc?

I don't think your heals will be good. Just get a heal with enhanced effect and put it into your acc slot.

If you have your attack charm in your acc. slot, your killing speed will be greatly reduced.
This only made sense before the 1.20 patch. Now that you can leave your group to shrine, it doesn't make much sense to reduce your killing speed.

I also suggest if you plan on making a caster/healer mage, to use your damage charm in MAIN slot and heal charm in ACC slot.

If you are lucky enough to find a nice EE/INT damage charm, or EE/Heal Mastery damage charm, that would help boost your ACC heal charm, but those can be rare and a tad expensive.

If not, a simple EE damage charm in main and EE heal in acc will suffice just fine. Try to get +INT and/or +Heal Mastery gear, and stat INT as you climb. You may want to add your first 5 or 10 starting stats to VITALITY to give you a nice amount of HP later on, as hard-points to VIT will add HP each time you level up (but not +VIT from gear, that only adds defense)
