If i use a gylph at 2% have many % will catch in 1 level? - if the leader and I are in the same

And how does I calculate that

What are you talking about? Are you asking for the actual exp % you gain with the glyph on versus no glyph?

If that's your question, then you actually gain 98.039% of exp. To calculate: 1/(1+exp gain)

I Will just know the diffrent between using a exp gylph at 2% and not use one. How much more exp Will i gain more in 1level by using the gylph.

You gain 1.961% more per level when using a 2% glyph. Take the same formula above and subtract it from 1.
