atm im just sort of using my barb to tank/attack in groups

is it worthwhile me upgrading my charms, because i see no lvl ~45 charms which are better than my current ones
is there any way my charms will help me tank/damage? as i only shrine for healing anyway
am i missing something?

someone posted a picture the other day of what was the max stats on an item at each level (i cant find it in stickies or anything)
also, is anything in my items worth selling or should i just shrine it all

Here is my 2 cents:

Charms - your primary charm has 4 str with 140 mana - the extra mana isnt really needed since you dont have a heal charm. The other mods like 1 exp gained, 1 dmg returned, etc are ok but I think you should be able to find a 20+ dex charm for less than 10fg. (you have $6k so you shouldnt miss 10fg) If you are an axe barb the ratio of str to dex needs to be 50/50 - in case you are not following me it means if you have 89 str you should try to get 89 dext.

Your dext is only 37 and needs to be increased to do the most damage and have a better chance for critical hits. You have enought points into Vitality.

Your acc charm is not helping you at all. You only get enhanced effect in the acc spot so the 6 exp gained is not helping you at all. I would either look for a heal charm with ee on it or leave the acc spot empty.

As far as your gear goes - I would look for an upgrade to your current axe. I would go to the market place and isolate your search for axes to lvl 40 - 55 and put enhanced effect at 50 min. I would think you should be able to find something for 10fg or less. Also if you are planning to tank or even stand in the middle I would upgrade your armor. Try searching for a lvl 45 armor with 60+ ee on it. Not sure how much of your 6k fg you want to spend but I think with 10 - 20 fg you can find a decent armor with more EE on it. I would at anything above robes or padded robes. Scales, Leathers, Chains or plates would do you good.

For the most part the gear you purchase can be resold if you decide LS is not for you. For example if you find a good armor for 20fg you should be able to sell it for a min of 15fg if you are in a hurry or you can put back on mp for 20 and be patient.

Dont forget you can use the market place to xfer your gear to other chars/toons to use for a future climb.

first of all, i posted here some days ago and im sure someone said axe requires 2:1 ratio in str favour :/ but okay i'll start piling in dex

i will have a look for some upgrades, but when ive done searches, its returned very little in terms of better items with ee

i guess i'll look for a charm with +dex
