I'm really new to this game and just started playing it a lot more active.
Could you rate my character please. and improvements that you think would help a lot?

You're character is doing very well for just starting out.

That being said, to improve your heal damage, you may want to get a higher tier heal charm to put in your Accessory Slot
because even a few tiers higher will be exponentially better than your current charm.
