For axes, I see the ratio is 50/50

Does that mean 1 point strength : 1 point dex

Or can I go, say, 100% Strength or 100% Dex?

I'd stick with an even balance to both, so 50% str and 50% dex

As stated in the LS info sheet, the ratio is indeed 50/50, however remember not to stat 50/50 by default, since dif. chars have
different startign points.

Going 100% in one stat or the other would not be wise unless your gear allowed you to do that and still keep them at the 50/50 ratio.


Think of it like this: At level 55 when you equip your end-game gear, you want your str/dex to be the same number (or as close as you can get) So you need to plan accordingly if you use gear that adds +STATS and try to keep them at the appropriate ratio for best damage and criticals.

it doesn't matter

it simply just says that 1dex will be just as usefull as 1str. if you have a sword as a mqwpn you might only stat str so you will be good the whole time. IF you stat dex and have a sword as mq wpn it would be better to use a tier 3 dagger than your sword if you get what i mean.

axe: 50/50 str/dex is even
Daggers: 10/90 str/dex. Dex is 9 times better than statting str.

This isnt true. Njag said to stay to the ratio. WHen I do so with axes, I get a lot more critical hits than all dex.

I Tried different axe builds at the start of the new patch. I feel the more dex u have the better. gear has a lot to do with it also. Pm what you have and we can figure it out.
