Your damage would be significantly better if you upgraded your current weapon to one with higher EE. You'll see the most improvement doing that. Remember for swords you want a 75 str / 25 dex ratio

Get higher ee on your weapon and switch your dex charm to a str charm.

How much fg will I need to upgrade approximately?

It all depends on what you get. Lower end strength charms are fairly cheap. Keep in mind the level of the charm does not matter.

Both charms need to be str? cuz the acc charm doesn't give you w/e attributes it has until it's equiped as main charm.

And Should I go 20 str charm for 3 fg or 28 str for 12?

You only need 1 charm. The acc slot is typically used by casters either for heals or for damage.

It all depends on the ee of the weapon and not the damage output.
Keep in mind though that the base damage per tier of weapon increases, so if you're going to compare ee, try to do it on a same tier scale. Other wise, for each tier difference, subtract 20-25% ee. (i.e. tier 3 60ee weapon roughly equals a tier 5 with 15 ee)
