Master Quest: Reach level 71 and unlock doors. A pass will get you 2 points as a feeder and 1 point if you fail.
Godly Gear: The only way to find it is to play in catacombs. People also find gear welling items (which are also in catacombs)

Suffusencing: Enhances the effect on glyphs (more time) and fish (more hp or mana).
Transmuting: Extract an essence from an item, and you can then use the essences to reroll an item or use it for suffusencing.
The gear you want depends on what weapons you're using. For all weapons, you want to get as much ee as possible.
As for statting:
daggers/staves/axes : stat dex
swords/clubs: stat strength
Armors/Charms:
If you want to tank, go with ee scales/leathers.
If you want to do damage, get either dex or strength depending on your weapon. The same applies here for charms.
