hey, so if i understand the new dex str thing i will need 150 dex 50str and if i get above that or under that i have lower chance for critical hits? if im wrong please explain me this S:

I think the 3:1 ratio is the optimal ratio for staves. If you shy off of it, you'll do less crits, but I don't believe being 151 v 50 will result in the same as 120 v 50.
There probably is a scale that adjusts for the different ratios presented.
Only way to truly figure it out though is to slash
