You shoulda stopped on the vita a while ago bro. High vita characters in LS are more of a burdon on groups than a benefit most the time. Also, your acc charm isn't helping anything - EE is the only stat which works in the acc slot. And max life isn't really a good mod after level 5 or 10, you should instead focus on getting scales or leathers with high enhanced effect to negate damage.
The most hard points I'd put into vita would be the first 10, but on a barb I honestly don't even think that is necessary. Having high EE on your armour will help you infinitely more than your current setup
