I went and checked what each stat does and Strength and Dexerity have the same description. I'm noob ofc. I'm making a Barbarian with his Str 82 I think right now and my dex is 58 or so. I'm not seeing a difference with Dex at all.

Your dex/str is weapon dependent now for how much base str/dex you should have.
Atm, until new guides are made to coincide with the weapon updates.
Please refer to the weapon table here, it will show you how much damage you will do with that weapon with "x" amount of str/dex per weapon tier:

So find with weapon you want to use, and get that Str/dex?

ye im confused on this too
so for swords have 75/25 meaning if i have 100 str i should have 33 dex abt>?

I have a feeling (although not tested yet) that the ratio applies to ee and crit, meaning on swords, 1str =.75 ee and 1dex = .25 ee. Now once you get a 75/25 ratio of str/dex you optimize your critting power as well as the frequency you crit at. This is just my thoughts On this though

No it means that if you have swords you should have full str.
