ive tried cooking & it seems like it burns so fast

You click the "Cook" button to cook a fish. Time the clicks with the "clicks" from the cooking.
You have to click on the "Flame Counter" button when "Flame" pops up.

not necessarily.

The higher your prof., it will be easier to cook lower tier fishes

at prof 4 sardines are extremely easy to cook
