What character should I start out with and what sort of thing's do I put on and skills with my character? I like the gaurdian but idk if that is what I should start out with or not.

I'd suggest fighter to start with. Don't go with guardian because they are primarily healers and require some strategy to play effectively. Since you have no fg it'll be a little difficult, but just grind it out and you'll make it with a bit of determination just balance your stat points between str and dex keeping your str slightly higher and you'll do fine. If you get some fg then try to get cheap weapons and armours with EE and charms with str or dex.
