Hi, started LS 2 days ago and im just wondering where to get those really good items, or better, where to have a better chance of getting them!?
I did 2/3 catacombgroups, 1 till the end and the others more or less random, only a few groups of monsters.

I just wanted to try my best at farming items, but i dont really know where to go or how to do this. can someone give me some hints or something? would be nice.

If you just want to collect items I would say the best place is the Arena, since you'll be the only one there so no chance of not picking up an item unlike the catacombs.

what about the well? throw an nonmagical item in it and then i have to be lucky enough to get an superior item out of there?

Yes. But you gotta kill the monster before you receive any form for items back :D
