When i would have lets say charm 5% life steal , that gieb 5% my life or stiel from monster 5% hlive???

u will actually steal 1-5% life based on the dmg u deal.
also u dont steal life for a killing blow as lpk comes into effect there

I'm pretty sure you still steal life on killing blows, you just dont get extra life for overkill damage. If you have 1% life steal and the mob has 100 life left, you only steal 1 life even if you hit for 5000
