what stats should i plus into?

from beggining to start

or is there a guide on this?

usually for melee you stat dex so that it will be 70-120 with your gear on. then stat str when you are happy with your dex.

If going hybrid imo stat 50-60 int try to aim for 80-120 dex, and the rest into str.
