Depends what type of rogue you are making,
Some are healers.. some are casters or some are melee.

I would advise you to go melee(easiest to stat/get gear for)..
You are looking for around 100-120 dex depends on your weapon..

Swords/daggers are recommended by me :)
Just look on the mp ofc, after your 100-120 dex is done, put the rest into strength -- its the same for all melee classes :)
