People have mq'd with level 30 plain weapons with no stats on their armor or charm.

I'd buy a 30+ str charm any lvl and then i'd call it a nice MQ setup.

Master quest is luck.

You get a choice of keys to unlock doors, if you guess the correct keys, you pass. Your gear is irrelevant for MQ
