From the starting chars what is the BEST and CHEAPEST weller char? I'm wondering about a melee rouge except the low hp and damage, far as i can tell rouges live and die by there critical hits.

maybe a guardian because ee clubs are pretty cheap and they can heal well. low dex and only allowed to use heal charms, though.
if you have a paladin that might be your best bet.
