how do i get mana back as i cata?
i always seem to not have enough mana
and how do i unstack essences

You can't get any mana back in catas unless you use fish, comfrys or hit warm lights. One of the major drawbacks to casters is the mana pool

Also, there is no way to unstack essences. It has been suggested to be able to but I doubt it will be implemented...

I dont know how useful mana syphon would be when youre in the back taking minimal damage compared to people in the front.

Mana syphon isn't effected by how much damage you are hit for - it is based off the mana used by the mob to cast. So if you just get hit you have a % chance to gain back mana, even if you are hit for 0.

However, that is very true that mana syphon is more effective on people sitting in the front. I've got 23% mana syphon on my 45 heavy casting setup and it helps me a LOT (100ee 14ms plate and 130ee 9ms earth)

hehe... shouldve said people in the back get hit less frequent.
