...is it usefull to make 100-120 Dex with Dagger´s?

Or should i put all in Str?

I really dont want to buy Dex/Str Arm´s and i use Str Charms!

Just 100 dex should do with daggers.

You should stick with Strength charms so you can do damage, but it doesn't help to have more dex/str.
