Magical splintered fishing rod

+1 to Proficiency


so i found this rod in catacombs and when i fishet with it it didnt add 1 to my fishing proficiency does it add 1 to prof if yes how do i do it if not whut does it do. ps thx 4 taking the time to anser my queshtion allways greatfull

does it really stands +1 to proficiency ???

When you fish with it, you will fish as if you had one more rank.
It won't show the +1 Prof on your proficiencies tab.
