hi.
mage is kinda easy. if you only play it 4 fun to get mq you can put all stats into int. if you want to well with you mage, you should put the the first 5 - 10 points into vita, so you get some life on higher lvls and wont be 1-hit-killed by monsters
your low lvl staff/dagger + robes should have some mana, later lvl 10/15 you should change this into some nice int. on 1st slot you take an attack charm with enhanced effect and maybe other useful mods like max mana, mana per kill... in 2nd charm slot you put a heal charm, it also should have some ee
