Were I in your shoes I would suggest trying to upgrade the armours you have so there is some relevant side mod. It would keep true to the build style and increase it's quality without any hasty total rewriting which is likely to fail without extensive tests and balance.
lol, what Tim is trying to say here, is that with your build, (which i also agree) you will take next to nonexistant damage, but its going to take you Many more then average hits to kill a monster, because you are missing a whole bunch of stats from the ee armor instead.
so what hes saying, is Keep the EE, because it is impossible to die

but try to get them with a second meele mod that will increase your overall dmg, and, increase your speed.
Like, obviously, str/dex, but also sneaky ones like Crit flux, power shot, Quick draw, Etc.
